Ryan NG is an experienced finance and homebuilding professional, with over a decade of experience in the industry, Ryan began his career at Darling Homes, in forecast and budgeting and eventually made his way to the land department, where he oversaw underwriting of all potential deals and closed transactions. During this time, Darling was acquired by Taylor Morrison, where he continued his career in acquisition and development and was instrumental in 50 land acquisitions and subsequent development, all the way from initial underwrite to selling of the homes. Ethan Zenzen is an acquisition and development professional. With an architecture degree and master’s degree in real estate development from Texas A&M University, he started his real estate career as a multifamily development intern at Caldwell Companies where he learned about the construction and development of multifamily projects.
