Ryan NG is an experienced finance and homebuilding professional, with over a decade of experience in the industry, Ryan began his career at Darling Homes, in forecast and budgeting and eventually made his way to the land department, where he oversaw underwriting of all potential deals and closed transactions. During this time, Darling was acquired by Taylor Morrison, where he continued his career in acquisition and development and was instrumental in 50 land acquisitions and subsequent development, all the way from initial underwrite to selling of the homes. In 2020, Ryan left Taylor Morrison to work for Brightland homes, where he also managed all land acquisitions across the entirety of Houston.
Ethan Zenzen is an acquisition and development professional. With an architecture degree and master’s degree in real estate development from Texas A&M University, he started his real estate career as a multifamily development intern at Caldwell Companies where he learned about the construction and development of multifamily projects. From there he joined Ashton Gray Development as an analyst where he was directly involved with single family and commercial development & construction. Shortly after, he joined Majestic Developers to aid in development and financing of projects.
Alex Staten is an experienced land acquisition and development professional. After spending five years in finance, Alex joined the Land Acquisition team at KB Home, where he worked in a management capacity and was directly involved in major projects at the firm. From there he moved on to Ashton Gray Development, where he spearheaded acquisitions, dispositions and securing financing as well as providing oversight to both the development and private-equity arm. Alex has over a decade of experience in real estate finance and executed on $500 million in capitalizations and is now providing major support to Majestic’s future trajectory.
